| First, answering the phone and going in to the store, everyone at the front is helpful, polite, and kind. I went to Marlboro Tire and Automotive and ended up getting four new tires and an alignment. The next two days I kept feeling like my car was pulling to the left. All I had to do was call in speak to the ladies up front and they thankfully squeezed me in the next morning. When I got there I saw how busy it was and for them to make time to correct something showed they're level of professionalism. Great customer service. |

| Five stars not so much for what they are, but what they aren't--they are NOT an impersonal, incompetent, soulless, mega-chain, robotic warehouse of a place staffed by Generation So-What's with all the experience and initiative of a cranberry. Remember your favorite uncle or cousin? Remember when a pleasant voice answered your phone call? Remember when you got what you paid for and things were done right? Something like that. |

| This was my first time using Marlboro Tire to buy and install 4 new tires on my Volvo. I was referred by my brother who is also in the automotive business. The shop is easy to get to and conveniently located. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and they completed my car in a reasonable time. My car rides so smoothly and quietly now! I love it! I plan to keep using Marlboro Tire in the future. They make you feel like family. |
