| The price for oil changes is significantly more than what other shops charge. Also, it would be nice if there was Wi-Fi available while waiting. Overall great service and excellent customer service and the wait time was what I expected. I?ve gone to other places and have waited 2+ hours for simple service. |

| Brian and the young lady that assisted me (sorry don't remember her name) were very helpful and courteous. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had to call several times to get the status of my vehicle. Otherwise the service was great and the work done satisfactorily. |

| I have always appreciated the customer service at Marlboro Tire and Automotive. My last two encounters were not so much enjoyable. My Audi Q5 was serviced at your location for an oil change, wheel alignment and to check my brakes. I never received call from anyone throughout and eventually called at 230 pm to check on the status of my car. I was then told that my oil had been changed but they were not able to adjust the service notification, they didn't change the air filter and they would not be able to do the wheel alignment or fix my rear brakes. I was told at the time that I purchased my tires, that your facility could do oil changes and a wheel alignment on my vehicle. My car was there ALL day for an oil change without providing me any updates on my vehicles. |
